Due to the different sizes and weights of some of our items, our delivery charges are calculated based on weight as below, alongside insurance protection costs:
- 0-1kg: £3.60-£4.80
- 1kg - 2kg : £4.80
- 2kg - 10kg: £7.05-£8.40
- 10kg - 20kg: £13.00
Products are usually despatched within 48 hours and delivered by Royal Mail or other suitable courier.
Please note that once an order has been dispatched, delivery times and handling are the responsibility of the courier service. While we work with trusted delivery partners (Royal Mail) and aim to ensure timely delivery on first and second class, we are not liable for delays out of our control. Your delivery will be made without undue delay and within 30 days from the point of purchase, unless agreed otherwise.
We offer a 14 day return policy from the day you receive your order under the following conditions.

Refunds and exchanges may only be made within 14 days of receiving the goods, you must notify us in writing of any damages, faults or other issues within 3 day of receiving the goods.
