We bought some curtains before Christmas and every one involved pulled out all the stops to make sure we got them before the festivities began. The patience shown to us by the staff at Inches was exceptional. It is a difficult decision to make when you are surrounded by so many fabrics, however being able to take samples home really made a difference. Also the fitting service was superb and Karen takes a very hands on approach to customer care and satisfaction.
